Other Characters: Noel, Kovu, Neku, Silverbolt, Don Karnage
Name: Asemu Asuno
From: Gundam AGE
Appearance:

Age: 18
Gender: Male
Personality:
Asemu is a guy with a big heart. He's outgoing and friendly, one of the kind and polite types, as much as he can be. He likes to smile, and to help other people smile. When he forms friendships, they're deep, and he keeps them close. This means that things like betrayal, heartache, or loss, can all leave him crying. Yet even through his tears, he stays committed and strong, taking on everything the world throws at him.
He used to be very brash, and reckless, taking extreme measures to prove himself in his father's eyes—or, really, to live up to what he thought his father expected of him. But after seeing Commander Woolf killed in battle right before his eyes, Asemu finally realized that he didn't need to worry about what his father wanted of him. This is very clear later, after Asemu's grown up and become captain of a pirate ship, when he flat out tells his dad "I'm a pirate" and refuses to obey an order. Instead of following what he thought everyone wanted for him, Asemu decided, right there, that he would protect everyone he loves, in the best ways that he could.
Backstory:
Asemu's father, Flit Asuno, was one of the first victims of an attack by the Vagan, losing his mother and his home. The Vagan faction was the remnant of a failed Mars Colonization project that was covered up by the Earth Federation; a faction who intended to reclaim Earth their "Eden", at all costs. Flit built the first Gundam using data from a device left to him by his mother, and joined the Federation's fight against the Vagan while he was still young. Amidst all the fighting, he suffered more losses: his adoptive father being the first, and the harshest being a girl he met his own age. From her, he learned he had a special, very rare ability: he was an X-Rounder, one of very few humans able to harness latent psychic abilities. He was able to predict the movements of enemies, and had some limited telepathic power as well.
This loss left him bitter and hateful toward the Vagan, and made it more difficult for him to become close with his family. Asemu's relationship with his father was never bad as he grew up, but Flit was often never around, doing work for the Federation forces instead. He was more often out than home.
Asemu did well at making friends in school, becoming part of a mobile suit club that built suits to compete in tournaments. Through the club, he met Romary and Zeheart, and the three of them became best friends during their time in school. But on the day of the tournament, Vagan attacked. With Flit away, it fell to Asemu to pilot the Gundam and fight, and this would repeat a few times before graduation.
At their graduation ceremony, Federation MPs showed to arrest Zeheart for being a Vagan spy. Unable to believe it, Asemu protested loudly and emotionally. This only made it harder for him when Zeheart was rescued by a Vagan mobile suit. In a fight only a short while later, Zeheart told Asemu to stop piloting the Gundam, because Asemu didn't know what it really meant to be a warrior.
Asemu went through training to be an officer of the Federation Forces, then joined the crew of the Diva with his Gundam on the same battleship as his father had fought before, with the same commander leading the mobile suit team: Woolf Enneacle. Soon after joining the crew, Asemu encountered Zeheart again, only to be defeated a second time, and again was warned against fighting. This only made Asemu all the more determined to best his former friend; made worse when Flit joined the crew of the Diva, only to act as distant with his son as ever—and to repeat the words "I have great expectations for you."
Asemu became so bent on surpassing his father and Zeheart got himself thrown in the brig for stealing a captured Vagan helmet that would give him X-Rounder powers—at the cost of his mental health, and against a clear order not to do so. Woolf told him after that to become a "super pilot", instead of worrying about X-Rounder powers. When Woolf was killed, Asemu finally took that to heart. The next time he encountered Zeheart, Asemu was easily his equal.
The last time Asemu would see Zeheart was inside the Vagan space base, as it was crashing to Earth following a failed attack. They worked together to make sure the base wouldn't do more than minimal damage.
A year later, we see that Asemu has painted his Gundam white—Woolf's color—and that he's wearing clothes and a pilot suit very similar to what Woolf wore.
Moral Standing: Good
Dreams: To protect everyone he loves
Fears: Losing the people closest to him because he couldn't protect them
Character Location:
Asemu's Gundam is going to be his "location". It's a humanoid robot that stands approximately 60ft tall, made specifically for combat. The size of course will make it difficult to pilot or use in the City, so it will be stationary in a single lot in the city for most of the duration of its stay.
It's going to come in its Double Bullet mode, which has two normal sized beam swords, two RIDICULOUSLY HUGE beam swords that come off its shoulders—no really, each is longer than the Gundam is tall—and two radically powerful beam rifles.
